Offering all COVID-19 vaccinations, boosters, and flu vaccines for everyone ages 6 months and older.

  • No ID, insurance, or citizenship status is required.
  • Schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment at vacstrac.hctx.net or by calling 832-927-8787.
  • To schedule a flu vaccine appointment call 832-927-7575
  • *Appointments are preferred, however, walk-ins are welcome
