We provide regular Yoga classes, both in person and online via Zoom. The in-person Yoga class is available on Tuesday and Thursday every week and online Zoom class is available on Saturday. The classes are open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. These classes provide a space for participants to engage in mindful practices, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Trained instructors guide participants through various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, creating a serene environment conducive to self-reflection and inner peace.
